Robert Ayona's evolved understanding of visual texture and the functionality of spaces we inhabit have contributed strongly to bloom's success. A Los Angeles native, Robert earned his degree in Architecture from Arizona State University and was immediately snapped up by Reiser-Umemoto, an award winning design group in New York City. He later joined Retail Design Group Miami as Creative Director where he led numerous projects throughout the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. On the rare occasion that he's not at bloom, Robert can be found giving lectures to the design community clarifying the latest trends or featured in a top design publication. |
Darin Held

Darin Held believes design is more than a discipline; it's an opportunity to inspire individuals to experience life with heightened sensitivity and purpose. Darin is originally from Columbus, Ohio where he studied Communications at the Ohio State University. He became a principal at Industry Productions Inc., an event production group and later founded Fresh Ideas, a specialty advertising company. As corporate accounts manager with Retail Design Group in Miami, he expanded the company’s client base positioning them as a major global player in the industry. He is actively involved in the contemporary art scene and has curated exhibitions which have gained international recognition . Darin's work consistently reveals his expertise in the drama of design; theatrical lighting, prop styling, product positioning and the consumer experience. |
